Executive Director (Master Record Service) at Sber
The Center for the Development of the Indian Direction of the "Corporate Investment Business" Block of Sber is looking for an Executive Director (Master Record Service) - a customer data service that provides data for modules and services within the Core Banking System (CBS) as well as external integration interactions.
As part of the project, an automated banking system (ABS) is being developed for the international Branch of the Bank in the Republic of India.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Product Owner in a team of 12 people, where VA, SA, BE are from the Russian Federation, and the remaining participants are from India (Bangalore), communication within the team is primarily in English.
- Formulate the product vision.
- Define and prioritize tasks in the backlog, design customer journeys and processes.
- Formulate team metrics and goals, methods for their measurement and achievement in a roadmap format.
- Understand the product architecture and make changes together with architects and analysts.
- Find optimal solutions for data processing and storage.
- Interact with internal and external customers, build necessary agreements for product launch.
- Interact with cross-functional Agile teams.
- Prepare regular and one-off analytical materials for top management in presentation format.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of practical experience in creating IT products from scratch and developing them as a Product Owner in a bank.
- Knowledge of the basics of architecture, structure, and functioning of modern bank information systems and applications related to data processing.
- Experience in managing all stages of the product lifecycle and understanding the product development process, software, and key metrics affecting success.
- Experience in organizing team work and building communication with IT to achieve set goals.
- Experience with project management systems: Trello, Miro, Jira, Confluence.
- Experience in designing complex cross-product scenarios and services.
- Confident user of MS Excel and Power Point.
- Knowledge of basic tools and methods for process description (BPMN, UML).
- Ability to clearly articulate thoughts orally and in writing, good communication skills.
- Knowledge of English at a level sufficient to conduct business meetings on professional topics is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel on business trips.
- Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of basic banking accounting and processes for corporate clients.
- Knowledge of banking products: corporate lending, trade finance, deposits, treasury, transaction business, and global markets.
- Experience in developing DWH and microservices.
