About Us
DC Invest is an operating system for private wealth management. We help management companies, syndicators, and fund administrators automate onboarding, document flow, reporting, and investor service — increasing operational efficiency and improving the investor experience.
We are currently at the MVP stage: building the product from scratch, actively validating hypotheses through customer development and pilot deals.
Role
We are looking for a Middle/Senior Product Manager with a focus on fintech logic, who will take operational product management: from backlog management and requirement formalization to working with customer development and participating in product strategy. The role involves close collaboration with the CEO and tech lead, a high degree of autonomy, and participation in shaping the product from an early stage. You will be responsible for the digital environment where real people make real investments. Every feature here either accelerates capital raising or creates risk.

- Preparation of tasks for development and control of their execution
- Maintaining transparency of task status
- Product and Architecture Work
- Participation in product architecture development together with the tech lead
- Feature decomposition (MVP / MVP-2 / long-term)
- Prioritization of functionality considering early-stage constraints
- Communicating product logic to the development team (3 people)
- Substituting for the CEO in product/dev planning meetings as needed
- Maintaining and communicating the product vision within the team
- Customer Development and Hypothesis Work
- Analysis of interview transcripts (syndicators, investors, founders)
- Data structuring (Excel / insight tables)
- Identifying key pain points, patterns, signals
- Validation of product hypotheses
- Connecting insights to the product (backlog updates, prioritization)
- Participation in Product Strategy
- Participation in product and strategy sessions
- Formulating proposals for product development
- Assisting in defining positioning and key features

- Skill in structuring unformalized data (interviews → insights → solutions)
- Understanding of the product development cycle (frontend/backend interaction)
- Understanding of the investment deal lifecycle
- Ability to work in an uncertain environment
Will be a plus
- Experience with documents, e-sign, KYC, payment gateways
- Early-stage startup experience
- Strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
Conditions
- Equity compensation model at the initial stage (option for company share)
- 10–12 hours per week, part-time
