About the Product
DC Invest is a service for structuring and managing private investment deals.
We combine KYC, commitment collection, document signing, and investor tracking in a single workspace, accelerating deal closure and reducing operational risks.
We are currently at the MVP stage: building the product from scratch, actively validating hypotheses through customer development and pilot deals.
Role
We are looking for a Middle Product Manager who will take on operational product management: from backlog maintenance and requirement formalization to working with customer development and participating in product strategy.
This role involves close collaboration with the CEO and tech lead, a high degree of autonomy, and involvement in shaping the product from an early stage.
Areas of Responsibility:
1. Backlog Management and Delivery
- Prioritizing tasks within weekly sprints
- Formalizing requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria in Given/When/Then format)
- Preparing tasks for development and monitoring their elaboration
- Maintaining transparency of task statuses
2. Work with Product and Architecture
- Participation in developing the product architecture jointly with the tech lead
- Feature decomposition (MVP / MVP-2 / long-term)
- Prioritizing functionality considering early-stage constraints
- Communicating product logic to the development team (3 people)
- Substituting for the CEO in product/dev planning meetings when necessary
- Maintaining and communicating the product vision within the team
3. Work with Customer Development and Hypotheses
- Analysis of interview transcripts (syndicators, investors, founders)
- Structuring data (Excel / insight tables)
- Identifying key pain points, patterns, signals
- Validating product hypotheses
- Linking insights to the product (updating the backlog, prioritization)
4. Participation in Product Strategy
- Participation in product and strategic sessions
- Formulating proposals for product development
- Assisting in defining positioning and key features
Requirements
Mandatory
- Product Manager experience of 1–3 years (preferably B2B / SaaS)
- Ability to work with backlog and prioritization (RICE / MoSCoW / similar approaches)
- Experience writing clear acceptance criteria
- Skill in structuring unstructured data (interviews → insights → solutions)
- Understanding of the product development cycle (frontend/backend interaction)
- Ability to work under conditions of uncertainty
Will be a plus
- Experience in fintech / investments / legal products
- Experience working with documents, e-sign, KYC
- Experience with early-stage startups
- Strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
