Pay2Me is looking for a Product Manager

We are a fintech team building payment infrastructure for e-commerce and businesses. In 3 years, we've grown to over 20 million operations per month. Our partners include Ozon, Wildberries, Samolet, Ginza Project, and others.

The team is small (30 people), with no bureaucracy or unnecessary approvals. We work fully remotely — from anywhere in the world.

What you'll be doing — Managing the full product lifecycle — Forming and prioritizing the backlog in collaboration with business and development — Leading project teams and being responsible for results — Participating in negotiations with banks and payment partners — Supporting launches and promptly resolving incidents — Gathering feedback and working with documentation

Important: the role is 80% operational and project-based, and 20% is classic product management. If you're only interested in strategy, this is not the right fit for you.

Who we're looking for — 3+ years in product management, preferably in FinTech or with complex technical products — You write requirements clearly enough for development to move forward, and questions are relevant — not because it's unclear what to do — You analyze mockups not only from a user's perspective but also through the lens of business requirements and technical implementation: you can assess what can be launched quickly as an MVP, conduct market analysis of solutions, and ultimately defend the optimal solution to the team and business with sound arguments — You know how to structure and maintain documentation — it doesn't matter what tool you use, what matters is that it exists and is used — You have built cross-team processes and know how to achieve results through people who do not report directly to you

Will be a plus — Knowledge of the payment domain: acquiring, SBP (System for Transfer of Payments), regulations — SQL at the level of independent queries — Experience with API documentation (Postman / Swagger)
