Looking for a Product Manager at Paidax

We are growing our product at Paidax and are looking for someone who will be truly obsessed with it.

Not a "manager who manages the backlog," but someone who wakes up with ideas, fights for the user until the very end, loves digging into metrics, and cannot pass by bad UX without an internal protest.

One of the key focuses of the role is adapting the product to the requirements and legislation of European countries (regulation, compliance, localization for different EU jurisdictions). Therefore, interest not only in the product but also in how it should change for different markets and legal frameworks is important.

What is important to us: — Burning eyes and genuine interest in the product — Readiness to delve deeply into the problem — Experience or willingness to understand the regulatory requirements of European countries — Courage to propose your vision and take responsibility for it — Desire to grow with the product, not just perform a role
