We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who understands that a payment product doesn't end with the "Pay" button
Behind it are processing, banks, Uzcard and Humo, integrations, SLA, refunds, security, regulation, high-load, and dozens of teams that need to work as one system.
Therefore, we need not a classic feature product manager, but someone who can keep the product, technology, money, and regulatory environment in mind simultaneously.
In the scope of responsibility:
- product strategy and roadmap
- requirements for high-load payment infrastructure
- full product cycle from discovery to operation
- interaction with engineering, legal, commercial, and external partners
- banks, government bodies, and regulators
- SLA/SLO, uptime, payments, refunds, and incidents
- key product and financial metrics
It will be especially comfortable if:
- you have 3+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager in fintech, payments, or B2B platforms
- you have practical experience interacting with processing centers, banks, or government structures.
It is important for us that you:
- are familiar with the payment ecosystem of Uzbekistan
- understand the principles of acquiring and high-load systems
- are familiar with PCI DSS / AML / KYC
- can independently work with data, from SQL to Grafana, Kibana, or Mixpanel
- are fluent in Russian
