What you'll do: → Manage strategy and backlog, grow conversion and commission income → Develop mobile scenarios on iOS and Android → Work with banks, processing and payment systems → Implement regulatory requirements of the Central Bank in collaboration with Compliance, Risk and Anti-Fraud

Who we're looking for: ✔ Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years in fintech, banking, or payment products ✔ Experience with mobile products and product funnels ✔ Understanding of P2P, card schemes, KYC/AML and regulatory requirements of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan ✔ Experience with metrics, roadmap, cross-functional team ✔ Russian and Uzbek — fluent
