🔗 Looking for a Product Manager for the O!Business team
O!Business is a banking service for legal entities from O!Bank: onboarding, payments and QR payments, loans, overdrafts, acquiring, integrations with partners, current account services. We are building a B2B ecosystem, it won't be boring 😉
What you will be doing:
- developing web and mobile versions of the banking service – from onboarding to the payment ecosystem and integrations;
- forming the vision, goals, and roadmap of the stream and defending them;
- defining key product metrics and influencing them;
- prioritizing the backlog and improving product processes;
- working closely with related teams: development, design, analytics, compliance, business;
- making data-driven decisions and being responsible for the stream's business results.
Who we are looking for:
- product manager experience of 2+ years (strong BA or Project Manager will also be considered);
- experience in the B2B segment: working with legal entities and understanding their regulatory restrictions;
- technical background: architecture of mobile applications and internet banking, frontend/backend/DB – at a level for confident communication with the team;
- understanding of product economics and growth points;
- ability to negotiate and justify decisions.
