Hiring: Senior Product Manager, Cards & Transactional Business
Looking for a strong product manager to take charge of the development of the cards and transactional business.
About the role:
- Full cycle of discovery: search and validation of hypotheses, CustDev, A/B tests, data-driven decisions.
- Formation of product strategy, backlog, and roadmap.
- Writing PRDs, business requirements, task decomposition, and managing a small team.
- Launching features from idea to release and post-release optimization.
What's important:
- Product management experience, 3+ years in fintech/banks/payments (cards, accounts, transfers, loyalty).
- Strong discovery: interviews, funnels, cohorts, hypotheses, prioritization.
- Understanding of banking processes and regulations (payments, issuing, compliance, risk).
- Ability to manage a team and work with cross-functional stakeholders.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working with AI tools in product.
- Knowledge of agile/discovery methodologies.
