What you will be doing
- Formulate the onboarding strategy for retail clients in the bank's application
- Manage the backlog: form, prioritize, and decompose tasks based on the division's business goals
- Interact with stakeholders: retail business, marketing, campaigns, and other departments
- Gather initiatives, form technical specifications, and launch marketing CRM campaigns
- Define metrics for the effectiveness of launched campaigns and test hypotheses for their improvement
- Track market trends and systematically implement new features into the product
- Launch regular marketing CRM campaigns to meet planned targets
Our requirements for candidates
- Higher education
- Experience in managing a product backlog or developing digital products
- Understanding of CRM campaign methodology and work with marketing tools
- Experience in cross-functional interaction with various departments
- Ability to find a compromise between business requirements and product capabilities
- Ability to give reasoned refusals to stakeholders when prioritizing tasks strictly
- Product thinking and focus on value for the end-user
- Skills in working with analytics and performance metrics
