I am looking for a product manager for cross-border transfers to join my team. You will be responsible for the entire customer experience, from choosing a transfer method to the recipient receiving the money, and for the metrics that depend on it: conversion, repeat transfers, support requests.

🔸Responsibilities: – Design customer scenarios with a designer – Analyze the funnel: identify where and why we lose customers, test hypotheses, calculate the impact – Analyze customer requests with support and operations teams and eliminate the causes of problems – Resolve issues with counterparties that affect the customer journey – Conduct research, prioritization, and backlog management, assign tasks to development

🔸Expectations: – Experience in customer scenarios or product analytics with specific results you can demonstrate – Independent work with data and decisions backed by numbers – Understanding of how fees, exchange rates, and timeframes affect customer choice and behavior – English for correspondence and calls with counterparties

🔸Will be a plus: – Experience in fintech or banking – Strong technical or economic education – Personal experience with international transfers
