We are looking for a strong product manager for Tochka Bank. We are creating an online bank and a system of services for businesses. Our team has over 6,000 employees, and our services are used by over 800,000 clients.

We need a specialist who is ready to take full responsibility for the product and its development. You will be able to test any hypotheses, implement features, and try new approaches in working with the audience.

You will be supported by developers, analysts, designers, editors, and other product managers. We also have a well-thought-out grade system — you will always know how and where you can grow.

What you will do

— Be responsible for the product and independently form the backlog.

— Identify deep user pain points and needs.

— Search for product promotion ideas together with the marketing lead.

— Analyze advertising funnels within the bank.

— Manage the project from start to finish, based on set goals. For example: increase product penetration in the existing customer base by 3% next quarter. You will propose solutions and implement them with the team.

— Organize effective interaction within the team: establish communication between developers, product designers, UX researchers, and members of other teams.

— Calculate unit economics.

You are a good fit if

— You have 5+ years of experience in creating new fintech products or scaling existing ones.

— You have a good understanding of product metrics: ARPPU, LTV, and others.

— You know how to identify a large audience, define their needs, and create a product for them.

— You can set tasks for designers, editors, researchers, and marketers simply and clearly.

— You can interact with adjacent teams and clarify important details for the product — for example, with support, legal, or sales.

— You can plan 3–6 months ahead and create a roadmap of changes for a quarter or half-year.

— Official salary up to 590,000 ₽ per month. The exact amount depends on your skills and expectations — we will discuss them at the interview. This is the amount before taxes. Remember that from 2025, the personal income tax rate changes depending on the total income for the year.
