In connection with the expansion of the team and scaling of projects, Centicore Group is looking for a Senior Product Manager/CPO for a bank.

Project: Seeking a Senior Product Manager/CPO. Area - SFA Platform (front-end system for customer service in branches, delivery, call center).

Experience and Domain Expertise:

• Senior PO/CPO, successful experience in creating and developing digital products/services/platforms for over 3 years;
• Expert with extensive practical experience and deep skills in creating the best user experience, UI/UX, in large fintech companies or banks;
• Proficient with AI, product discovery, hypotheses, metrics management, managing development teams and designers, while also being hands-on and capable of creating a clickable prototype independently;
• Deep understanding and expertise in IT specifics of tasks, delivery, ability to "translate from business language to IT" and vice versa;
• Understands and manages the product lifecycle at all stages, including software development, architecture, UX, and analytics;
• Experience in building platform products or large corporate systems;
• Experience in process automation using AI tools;
• Experience in forming platform standards and requirements for solution scalability;
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical tasks;
• Understanding of UX/UI principles for building omnichannel and multi-factor systems;
• Communication skills with a large number of stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
