Product Manager (MFO) at Sravni

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help develop and scale products in the MFO (Microfinance Organization) segment. We need not just an executor, but someone who can deeply understand numbers, initiate changes, and influence results.

Requirements: Mandatory: – 3+ years of experience in the MFO sphere (candidates without relevant experience will not be considered); – analytical mindset, confident work with formulas, calculations, and metrics; – deep understanding of the product approach and product management methodologies; – knowledge of financial market regulatory requirements. Bonus points: – basic development knowledge; – understanding of the specifics of banking and lending business. Important: – ability not only to perform tasks but also to independently initiate improvements; – ability to defend decisions with arguments; – effective interaction with the team and stakeholders.

Responsibilities: – Conduct a full product audit — from the overall concept to a detailed analysis of metrics and figures. – Formulate and maintain the product development roadmap. – Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of current processes based on key indicators: – number of errors in full transactions; – average number of loans per client; – retention (client retention); – approval rate (share of approved applications); – take rate; – CAC (customer acquisition cost).
