Product Manager for Business Lending Team
Moscow
We build and develop products for business lending. We are looking for a Product Manager who will influence the customer experience and significantly grow business metrics.
Description
Business Lending is one of the most dynamic and profitable segments of T-Bank. We are consistently growing faster than the market, scaling products, and exceeding plans.
Product Managers in B2B lending are mini-CEOs, fully responsible for the business. The key task is to increase profits through any initiatives: product changes, tariffs, risk models, customer acquisition, etc.
Examples of our experiments:
- Launched Working Capital Loan secured by Auto — significantly influenced the user journey and interfaces.
- Changed the formula for calculating approved credit limits.
- Lowered the interest rate for a customer segment.
- Modified the rules for approving credit lines.
The team has several major areas:
- Working Capital Loan. Part of our working capital lending and our flagship product with the largest portfolio and profit. We will be looking for growth points, testing hypotheses, and continuing to scale the product at a high pace.
- External Data Sources. We are building a system that will help us quickly and accurately understand for any Russian company: whether we can issue a loan, under what conditions, and with what risk.
- Bank Guarantees. A product for entrepreneurs who work with procurement and tenders. We launched it only last year, but we already have ambitious profit goals.
- Segmented Lending. We are looking for new ways to increase customer LTV, considering the specifics of their business. We work with various segments: sellers, retail, high-income clients, and others. There is a lot of product work, discovery, and delivery ahead.
- Unified Credit Limit. We are transitioning from a product-centric approach to a client-centric one: consolidating products, re-evaluating risk calculation logic, and completely rethinking interfaces. A large transformation project with a significant impact on the entire customer credit experience.
Why it will be interesting:
— Developing products in a rapidly growing area with a real impact on business results.
— The opportunity to create products from scratch, see their impact on customers and profits.
— A team that thinks like a product owner, not an executor.
— Transparent feedback, freedom in decision-making, and support for experiments.
