The Family Banking team develops services for mass-market clients.
We create products that help unite the family within a single financial ecosystem — for partners, children, and parents. Our goal is for every family member to find clear value in T-Bank's services.
Family Banking is a segment with great potential for change: it's not just about financial benefits, but also emotional engagement. The team works on large-scale tasks, shaping a new experience of family interaction with the bank.
Responsibilities
- Ensure profit growth through monetization development and penetration increase
- Develop the sharing and joint lending segment
- Activate the dormant client base through systemic connections and mechanics
- Optimize processes and adapt them to the segment's tasks
- Formulate development plans for the segment for 2027
- Interact with top management and defend KPIs
Requirements
- Experience in managing a portfolio or client segment in fintech
- Experience managing a team of 10 or more people
- Experience being responsible for P&L and understanding profitability metrics
- Experience interacting with top management
- Ability to build working relationships, communicate effectively, and represent the team's position
