We are looking for Product Managers for the B2B Lending team at Tinkoff Bank to provide loans to Tochka Bank clients.

Candidate Level: Middle/Senior (300k - 450k RUB + bonuses) Format: Hybrid/Office (Moscow)

We are one of the most profitable teams in all of Tinkoff Bank and one of the most important areas for Tochka Bank as a whole.

We are working on a joint project between Tinkoff Bank and Tochka Bank — Tochka clients can use credit products directly in their interface, and we issue these loans from our own balance sheet. The team has strong expertise in one of the most in-demand areas of fintech, where every initiative directly impacts the credit portfolio and its profitability.

We are looking for candidates for the following positions:

#1 Product Manager (BKL - B2B Lending Concept) • Develop the concept for a new product from scratch, launch it, and grow it. • The product has the potential to become the largest in terms of profit volume in Tochka's lending operations.

#2 Product Manager, Experiments Team • Formulate and manage the backlog of initiatives for launching new products or product solutions within existing products to increase LTV of Tochka clients. • The first "experimental" product is already being launched by adjacent teams; we are looking for someone to lead it.

Requirements: • Experience in product management or a significant part thereof. • Strong analytical skills.

Will be a plus: • experience in lending or financial modeling; • experience in B2B products or partner integrations.
