About the Team
Commercial Analytics by T-Data is one of the B2B products within the T-Data business unit at T-Bank.
We build analytical solutions for large businesses at the intersection of big data, research, and applied consulting.
This solution helps companies better understand the market and their customers: who is buying, how demand is changing, where to find growth opportunities, and how to choose locations, assortments, channels, and communication scenarios.
The core of the product is the large-scale, anonymized data from the T ecosystem, including transactions from 55 million individual clients and 1.5 million corporate clients of T-Bank.
We have already moved past the MVP stage: launched dozens of pilot projects, received strong market feedback, and confirmed demand.
Our current task is to transform Commercial Analytics into a strategic asset of the T ecosystem:
- integrate T-Data into the core product strategy of T-Business for large clients,
- accelerate value delivery,
- establish operational processes,
- scale the product,
- identify new applications for data across various industries.
We are looking for a Product Manager to help us navigate the next stage: transitioning from successful cases and pilots to a sustainable, scalable B2B product with a strong commercial and strategic role within T-Bank.

Who We Are Looking For
We need a Product Manager at the Middle+ / Senior level who can work at the intersection of data, B2B products, and commercial logic, is capable of seeing the strategic picture, and can simultaneously deliver a complex product to achieve real customer results.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Experience in B2B, data, analytics, fintech, or consulting products
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and transform research or analytics into a product that customers are willing to pay for
- Experience in product discovery: interviews, hypothesis testing, collecting and interpreting feedback
- Ability to prioritize, build processes, and lead a cross-functional team towards results
- Understanding of how B2B sales of complex products work and how the product should support sales
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and the technical team
- Strong structuring and written communication skills: ability to transform complex topics into clear and compelling narratives
Will Be a Plus
- Experience with analytical products, BI, research, or consulting
- Understanding of consumer markets: retail, e-com, foodservice, fashion, pharma
- Experience launching products based on big data or at the intersection of multiple data sources
- Knowledge of unit economics, P&L, and the commercial logic of B2B products
- Ability to transform custom client requests into scalable product solutions
