Responsibilities:
- Identify growth areas and insights from research
- Work with data and metrics
- Manage stakeholder expectations
- Conduct demos of developed features, plan, and identify user needs for the product
- Manage the product lifecycle — from task definition to release and post-implementation performance analysis
Requirements:
- Experience with CustDev and UX research, and building CJM
- Proficient in analytics and know how to make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of unit economics, NPV, and P&L
- Possess strong communication skills — you will need to inspire the team and communicate your results to all stakeholders
- Have a responsible approach to work and know how to focus the team on key priorities
