T-Count (T-Schet) — a new investment-savings product for individuals. Simple customer experience + high yield: you choose the term, you see the conditions, you top it up. Profit.
We have already become a full-fledged business, but we have retained a startup atmosphere in spirit and speed. Our ambition is to capture a significant share of all individual savings in Russia, disrupting familiar products.
Who we are looking for:
- You think in numbers: you have a deep understanding of analytics, cause-and-effect relationships, and A/B tests
- You are a strong problem solver: you can break down any task to its root and find a working solution, even with incomplete data
- You have a developed product sense: you feel where the experience "breaks" and where it's a wow moment. You can justify it and fix it
- You are about execution: you drive to results, not just discussion. You make decisions quickly and are not afraid to make mistakes
One of your strong suits is CX or growth. Depending on this, you will:
CX:
- Build the end-to-end customer experience for T-Count: from first touch to reuse and growth of money within the product
- Identify problems in the experience, propose solutions, and prioritize based on impact on metrics (activation, AUM, retention)
- Get to the bottom of each initiative and find trade-offs at all levels: legal structure, economics, customer experience, etc.
Growth:
- Search for product growth points and prioritize initiatives based on impact on metrics (activation, AUM, retention)
- Launch new growth channels: from product mechanics to collaborations within the company and beyond
