Looking for a Product Manager for the CX Compliance team in T-Business

We are strengthening a very cool team with already established processes and analytics. The team works on creating the best customer experience for entrepreneurs in all areas related to Compliance.

What you will need to do:

• managing your own projects, being responsible for your own metrics/areas
• finding problems: research, analytics, generating and testing hypotheses
• solving found problems: feature development, building service processes, etc.
• creating and analyzing project reports (there is a team of analysts)

• desire to study and structure everything that's not nailed down
• readiness for maximum possible freedom of action under full responsibility for them
• proactivity, ownership of your area of responsibility
• experience in business analysis or product/part of a product management
• understanding of hypothesis and task prioritization frameworks (RICE, ICE, etc.)
• understanding of basic customer research concepts and product frameworks (JTBD, USM, CJM, etc.)
• ability to formulate and test hypotheses
