Tinkoff Bank is looking for a Product Manager.
We need a specialist who is ready to take full responsibility for the product and its development. You will be able to test any hypotheses, implement features, and try new approaches in working with the audience.
You will be assisted by developers, analysts, designers, editors, and other product managers. The company also has a well-thought-out grade system, so you will always know how and where you can grow.
What you will do:
- Be responsible for the product and independently form the backlog
- Discover deep user pain points and needs
- Seek ideas for product promotion together with the marketing lead
- Analyze in-bank advertising funnels
- Lead the project from start to finish, based on set goals. For example: increase product penetration in the active user base by 3% next quarter. You will propose solutions and implement them with the team
- Organize effective interaction within the team: establish communication between developers, product designers, UX researchers, and members of other teams
- Calculate unit economics
How you will work:
Cross-functional teams:
- The team includes product managers, developers, testers, designers, editors, and researchers. They regularly sync up and maintain contact
Negotiate, don't impose:
- You have the freedom to work in your own way; no one will impose their methods or control your every action
Knowledge sharing is encouraged:
- Team members speak at conferences and participate in program committees. They also write articles, teach, and create special courses
Data-driven approach:
- We strive to maintain a data-driven approach not only in product development but also in making engineering decisions
You are a good fit if:
- You have 5+ years of experience in creating new fintech products or scaling existing ones
- You have a good understanding of product metrics: ARPPU, LTV, and others
- You know how to identify a large audience, determine their needs, and create a product for them
- You can set tasks clearly and simply for designers, editors, researchers, and marketers
- You can interact with related teams and clarify important product details – for example, with support, legal, or sales departments
- You can plan 3–6 months ahead and create a roadmap of changes for a quarter or half-year
What awaits you at Tinkoff Bank:
- Official salary up to 590,000 ₽ per month. The exact amount depends on your skills and expectations and is discussed during the interview. This is the gross amount (before taxes). Please note that from 2025, the personal income tax rate will change depending on the total annual income.
