We are looking for a strong Product Manager at Tochka Bank. We are building an online bank and an ecosystem of services for businesses. Our team has over 4,500 employees, and our services are used by over 700,000 clients.

About the Teams

We are looking for a specialist who is ready to take full responsibility for the product and its development. You will be able to test any hypotheses, implement features, and try new approaches in working with the audience.

You will be assisted by developers, analysts, designers, editors, and other product managers. We also have a well-thought-out grade system – you will always know how and where you can grow.

Currently, a specialist is needed in one of the following teams:

Financing. Our product is an opportunity for a company leader to cover cash flow gaps and meet obligations to counterparties on time: to pay salaries to employees, to get funds for purchasing equipment to expand the business, for buying goods for sale on marketplaces, or for fulfilling government contracts. Our mission is for as many clients as possible to receive such support and be able to solve their financial tasks on time.

Client Interaction. One of Tochka Bank's values is "treat every client as the only one." Our goal is to create products, processes, and tools that will help teams adhere to this value and take customer experience to a new level.

AI Assistant Team at Tochka Bank is a product team that is rethinking how entrepreneurs interact with the bank. We are creating an LLM assistant integrated into the internet banking system, which understands business tasks at a glance, communicates in a live dialogue, and not only answers but also acts. For example, it transfers money, opens deposits, generates statements, helps with taxes, and much more. We work with cutting-edge LLM technologies and expand the boundaries of what banking services can be every day: fast, smart, and truly convenient.

Startup Business Segment. The team helps entrepreneurs launch and grow their businesses: provides support in the initial steps, gives confidence, and tools for growth.

What You Will Do

— Be responsible for the product and independently form the backlog.

— Discover deep user pain points and needs.

— Look for ideas to promote the product with the marketing lead.

— Analyze advertising funnels within the bank.

— Lead projects from start to finish, based on set goals. For example: increase product penetration in the existing customer base by 3% next quarter. You will propose solutions to the task and implement them with the team.

— Organize effective interaction within the team: establish communication between developers, product designers, UX researchers, and participants from other teams.

— Calculate unit economics.

You Are a Good Fit If You

— Have at least 3 years of experience in creating new products or scaling existing ones.

— Have a good understanding of product metrics: ARPPU, LTV, and others.

— Can segment a large audience, identify their needs, and create a product for them.

— Can set tasks simply and clearly for a designer, editor, researcher, marketer.

— Can interact with adjacent teams and clarify important details for the product — for example, with support, legal, or sales.

— Can plan for 3–6 months and create a roadmap of changes for a quarter or half-year.

— Official salary up to 590,000 ₽ per month. The exact amount depends on your skills and expectations – we will discuss them at the interview. This is the amount before taxes. Remember that from 2025, the personal income tax rate will change depending on the total income for the year.
