We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for Tochka Bank. We are building an online bank and an ecosystem of services for businesses. Our team has over 6,000 employees, and our services are used by over 800,000 clients.
You will manage the growth of the seller segment through product marketing: from offers and positioning to influencing revenue, LTV, and cross-selling.
About the Team
We set the tone not only in the product market but also in advertising: our videos get over 50 million views. Currently, we handle almost all tasks in-house: the team includes PR specialists, designers, producers, content makers, creative copywriters, and other specialists. We also work with the best Russian advertising agencies and studios to create strong and effective projects.
What You'll Do
- Formulate and test unique selling propositions (USPs).
- Analyze the market, competitors, and product position.
- Research the target audience, collect feedback, and transfer insights to the team for product improvement.
- Create and implement annual promotion strategies.
- Set up the process for acquiring new clients online.
- Build acquisition funnels from informational and advertising traffic.
- Develop marketing products and campaigns to attract clients.
- Set up cross-marketing: work with the product base within the vertical and with the Tochka Bank base.
- Build partnerships with internal teams and external contractors.

You're a Good Fit If You
- Have B2B experience of 3+ years, especially with the small and medium-sized business segment.
- Know how to attract an audience and evaluate channel effectiveness.
- Have experience with various types of research.
- Know how to work with SEO, media planning, lead generation, and online/offline tools.
- Understand three types of metrics: brand, performance, and product metrics.
