Commercial Editor for Cross-Sales
We are looking for an editor to help with cross-sales to our client base. We are creating an online bank and an ecosystem of services for businesses. Our team has over 6,000 employees, and our services are used by more than 800,000 clients.
About the Team
Currently, we need to focus on two areas:
- Products for Accountants. We create services that handle routine tasks and simplify accounting control. We want these services to be known, used, and sincerely recommended.
- Risk Assessment Services. This involves compliance and risk management services for Federal Law 115. We analyze client operations, check counterparties, and warn about inspections — ensuring clients can operate smoothly.
We are looking for an editor who works not just with words, but with tasks: helping to expand reach, improve funnels, attract and retain clients, and make communications clear and consistent.
What You'll Do
- Create content for selling services to our client base: email newsletters, banners, push notifications, in-app messages, commercial proposals, and more.
- Adapt texts for different channels and funnel stages — from the first touchpoint to repeat sales.
- Monitor text conversion and suggest ideas for improving metrics.
- Ensure communications are clear, logical, and contribute to brand awareness and sales.
- Participate in planning and retrospectives to stay informed about product updates and key messaging points.
You're a Good Fit If You Have
- At least 2 years of experience as a commercial editor, especially in fintech or B2B products.
- Experience writing texts for various promotional channels: landing pages, emails, push notifications, banners, etc.
- An understanding of how marketing impacts business results and the role of text in achieving them.
- Experience working with metrics: the ability to analyze conversion rates and draw conclusions.
- The ability to see the goal of a text and do everything possible to achieve it.
- The ability to work autonomously: you don't wait for instructions but always synchronize with the team.
- A calm attitude towards edits and the willingness to revise text if the business objective changes.
