Hypothesis Testing Digital Marketer

We are looking for a digital marketer who will help us systematically test new hypotheses in paid acquisition, scale effective ones, and build launch processes.

It is important to understand how each action affects business metrics and to be proactive — to have the ability and desire to propose new working mechanics.

What you will do

• Conduct tests in online channels and analyze their results.
• Manage the agency team in advertising channels.
• Communicate with internal clients and support test launches.
• Record launch outcomes and form recommendations for scaling.
• Work with the performance funnel and track key metrics at all stages of acquisition.
• Create technical specifications for landing pages and participate in improving the user journey.
• Build processes for regular tests and systematic launches.

• You have hands-on experience with contextual advertising.
• You understand how the performance funnel works.
• You know how to work with key paid acquisition metrics.
• You have experience creating technical specifications for landing pages.
• You know how to organize processes and bring tests to completion.
• You don't wait for tasks, but independently propose ideas and improvements.
• You work with web analytics and mobile application systems.
• You have experience conducting tests and setting up processes for regular launches.

It will be a plus if

• You have experience with outbound communications: email, SMS, trigger campaigns.
• You have experience with app acquisition.
