We are looking for a senior performance manager to join our team to scale a project in the short-term loans niche. The main task is to reduce dependence on CPA channels and grow alternative traffic sources. What you will do: • Manage performance marketing: Yandex.Direct, VK Ads, Telegram, teaser networks, Google Ads, retargeting, SMS, email • Develop and scale alternative traffic sources • Conduct media planning, budget allocation, lead and issuance forecasting • Analyze the funnel at all stages: from impressions to secondary issuances • Coordinate media buyers, contractors, CPA networks, API partners (LeadCraft, LeadGid, and similar) • Create briefs for creatives, landing pages, pre-landers, CRM sequences • Work with infrastructure: domains, mirrors, redirectors, monitoring, blocking circumvention • Coordinate IT, frontend, backend, design, SMM, call center, risk management • Control tracking: UTM, click id, postbacks, visit parameter transfer • Prepare reports on channels, campaigns, conversions, and expenses • Test new combinations: source → creative → pre-lander → landing page → form → CRM follow-up

What is important: • Performance marketing experience of 3+ years, preferably in FinTech, MFI, or verticals with a strict funnel • Deep knowledge of Yandex.Direct, experience with VK Ads and Google Ads • Confident work with Metrika, GA4, GTM, dashboards, SQL / Metabase • Understanding of the technical side of traffic: trackers, postbacks, mirrors, redirectors • Experience with CPA networks and API integrations with lead providers • Independence, ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and make quick decisions

This would be a plus: • Experience in MFI/Igaming • Experience working under restrictions (blocks, domain migrations, moderation circumvention) • SMS and messenger marketing, Telegram channels • No-code (Make, Airtable), basic coding, understanding of APIs
