About the company
Developing the direction of attracting new clients through Google Ads and Meta Ads. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will take over the management of this area, coordination of advertising agencies and buyers, budget control, and scaling of effective traffic sources.
What you will be doing: ▪️ Coordinate the work of advertising agencies and buyers: set tasks, agree on budgets, KPIs, and deadlines. ▪️ Evaluate the effectiveness of current contractors, find and test new ones. ▪️ Oversee the preparation and launch of advertising campaigns. ▪️ Review advertising accounts, strategies, and contractor proposals, identify growth areas. ▪️ Analyze the attraction funnel — from ad click to application and loan issuance. ▪️ Manage advertising budgets, control customer acquisition cost, and reallocate expenses to effective sources. ▪️ Work with analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution. ▪️ Formulate growth hypotheses and plan the further development of the direction.
What is important for us: ✅ Experience in performance marketing or paid customer acquisition. ✅ Strong expertise in Google Ads or Meta Ads and understanding of the second advertising channel. ✅ Experience managing agencies, contractors, or advertising specialists. ✅ Understanding of advertising budgets, conversions, CPA, and other key metrics. ✅ Ability to independently review advertising accounts and provide reasoned assessments of contractor decisions. ✅ Knowledge of GA4, GTM, principles of conversion tracking and attribution. ✅ Process organization skills: task setting, deadline control, and performance evaluation.
Will be an advantage: ▪️ Experience in fintech, lending, or crypto. ▪️ Familiarity with Keitaro and similar trackers. ▪️ Practical experience working simultaneously with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
