We are looking for a PPC specialist who systematically works with paid traffic: analyzes campaign effectiveness, finds growth points, and reduces customer acquisition costs.

▪️ Responsibilities ▫️Launching, setting up, and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads: Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube. ▫️Developing and implementing paid traffic acquisition strategies. ▫️Managing advertising budgets and scaling effective campaigns. ▫️Analyzing key performance indicators: CPC, CTR, CR, CPA, CAC, ROAS. ▫️A/B testing of ads, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies. ▫️Working with the semantic core, search queries, and negative keywords. ▫️Setting up conversion tracking and ensuring its accuracy. ▫️Working with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio. ▫️Analyzing user funnels and identifying opportunities for conversion growth. ▫️Regular reporting on campaign results.

▪️ Requirements ▫️2+ years of experience with Google Ads. ▫️Practical experience in independently launching and scaling campaigns. ▫️Solid understanding of Google Ads algorithms and automatic bidding strategies. ▫️Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. ▫️Ability to analyze traffic effectiveness based on business metrics, not just ad account data. ▫️Experience optimizing ad campaigns for CPA, CAC, and ROAS. ▫️Proficient skills in Excel / Google Sheets. ▫️Analytical thinking, independence, and results-orientation.

▪️ Will be a plus ▫️Experience advertising financial services in Google Ads, including passing financial advertiser verification.
