**RESPONSIBILITIES: **• Take ownership of paid search. Google Ads generates revenue, Microsoft Ads needs to be grown into a separate channel. Over time, you can manage 1-2 specialists and become a lead.
**REQUIREMENTS: **• 5+ years in Google Ads in B2C with a large client flow. • Experience in US or European markets. • Large budgets under your management. • Smart Bidding, GA4, A/B tests. • Written English B2 (mandatory). A plus would be: Microsoft Ads, gaming or digital goods, team management experience.
**CONDITIONS: **• Remote work from any country. • B2B contract. • Bonus up to one salary per quarter. • 21 days of vacation, compensation for English language and training. • 3 stages without a trial period.
