Intro: 🔸Looking for a Senior Paid Search Manager for an international e-commerce company that has been operating in the US and European markets for 10 years. 🔸Hundreds of thousands of customers use the service every month. Google Ads is already one of the key acquisition channels, and Microsoft Ads is in the active scaling phase. 🔸This is a hands-on role without team management. You will have your own products, large budgets, and clear success metrics.

What you'll be doing: 🔸Launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns in Google Ads 🔸Developing Microsoft Ads as an additional acquisition channel 🔸Managing budgets, bids, and account structures 🔸Testing ads, bidding strategies, and landing pages 🔸Analyzing results

What's important: 🔸5+ years of practical experience with Google Ads 🔸Recent experience managing web campaigns (must-have) 🔸Experience independently managing large advertising budgets 🔸Experience working with B2C products 🔸Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, and performance metrics 🔸Confident written English 🔸Experience with Microsoft Ads will be an advantage

Conditions: 🔸B2B contract, payments in USD, EUR, or cryptocurrency 🔸Fully remote work 🔸21 working days of vacation and 10 paid sick days

Salary: 🔸$3500 - $5000 fix + quarterly bonus
