Marketing Specialist Wanted

We are looking for a marketer to develop new client acquisition, analyze advertising channel efficiency, and improve conversion at each funnel stage.

▪️ Responsibilities: ▫️ Analyze the primary client funnel: from initial ad contact to product application and issuance. ▫️ Evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, traffic sources, and affiliate networks. ▫️ Monitor key performance indicators: CPA, CPL, CPC, CPI, CAC, CR, ROI, and issuance cost. ▫️ Identify reasons for performance decline, propose, and test solutions for improvement. ▫️ Prepare regular reports on primary client acquisition and marketing activities. ▫️ Participate in the launch and optimization of CRM communications: SMS, Email, Push, Web Push, Telegram, and others. ▫️ Assign tasks to designers, developers, and other related specialists. ▫️ Collaborate with Marketing, Risk, Contact Center, IT, and Analytics teams.

▪️ What we expect: ▫️ 1+ year of experience in marketing, CRM, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or customer acquisition management. ▫️ Understanding of lead generation processes and the new client acquisition funnel. ▫️ Knowledge of major digital channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Yandex.Direct, CPA, and affiliate networks. ▫️ Ability to analyze marketing metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions. ▫️ Experience in preparing regular reports and working with large volumes of data. ▫️ Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, experience with CRM systems and analytical tools. ▫️ Ability to formulate technical specifications and coordinate work with related teams. ▫️ Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and responsibility for results. ▫️ Strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to meet deadlines in a multitasking environment.

▪️ Will be an advantage: ▫️ Experience with CRM communications and automated customer scenarios. ▫️ Knowledge of SQL for independent data retrieval and analysis. ▫️ Experience in a Data Analyst position or related roles involving analytics and data management. ▫️ Experience in microfinance organizations, banking, fintech, or e-commerce.
