We are currently looking for a strong Acquisition Manager / Performance Marketer to lead the acquisition of new clients, ensure the fulfillment of loan disbursement plans, and take control of the entire traffic conversion chain.
Responsibilities: 🔸 Plan Fulfillment: Responsible for primary loan disbursement metrics (in units and amount). 🔸 Operational Control: Maintain daily plan/fact monitoring. 🔸 Traffic Management: Allocate budget and split traffic sources (CPA networks and webmasters, affiliate, contextual advertising, targeted advertising, API/partner integrations, mobile/APK, organic). 🔸 Economics and Metrics: Control CAC/CPA, track ROI/ROMI and channel profitability. 🔸 Funnel Analysis: Monitor the stages «registration → application submission → approval → signing → disbursement». 🔸 Optimization: Identify reasons for performance dips, reallocate volumes, scale profitable channels. 🔸 Hypothesis Testing: Search for and validate new combinations and sources. 🔸 Collaboration: Work closely with affiliate managers, analysts, product team, IT, and Risk department.
Candidate Requirements: 🔹 1.5–2 years of experience as an Acquisition Manager, Performance Marketer, or in Lead Generation. 🔹 Understanding of the specifics of acquiring new clients and complex funnels (priority: application → scoring → disbursement). 🔹 Practical experience in purchasing and optimizing traffic from various sources. 🔹 Experience in daily performance monitoring and operational budget management. 🔹 Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, end-to-end and web analytics systems. 🔹 Data-driven mindset: ability to see the impact on business results behind the numbers.
Will be an advantage: ➕ Experience in FinTech, MFIs, banks, or related verticals. ➕ Understanding of scoring processes and the impact of traffic quality on Approval Rate. ➕ Experience in purchasing mobile traffic for APK/applications. ➕ Basic SQL knowledge for independent data extraction.
