We are a product IT company. At Peter Partner, we have been developing fintech projects since 2019 that are used worldwide. We are looking for talented specialists with ambitious goals to join our team.

What needs to be done:

• Development and implementation of marketing strategy for all company products;
• Responsibility for key metrics: ROAS, cohort payback, traffic volume and quality, FTD/conversions;
• Building, hiring, and developing a marketing team: performance, influence, affiliate, creative, content;
• Cross-functional interaction with product and analytics departments;
• Marketing budget management and planning;
• Work with product positioning and brand.

Required skills:

• Marketing experience of 5+ years, including 2–3 years in a leadership position;
• Experience in scaling a product through marketing;
• Deep practical understanding of performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads);
• Experience in launching and promoting mobile products in international markets (EU, MENA, LATAM);
• Fluency in analytics and attribution: ability to read data, create specifications for tracking, make decisions based on numbers;
• Experience in building and managing a marketing team (hiring, structure, distribution of responsibilities);
• Understanding of the limitations of advertising platforms for financial products and practical experience working under these conditions;
• Product positioning development skills;
• Experience with affiliate models and partnerships;
• Marketing budget management experience;
• English language proficiency at B2+ level.
