Digital Marketing Lead

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead — fintech product (Trading/Algo Bots)

An IT company with 10+ years of experience is launching a DCA/Algo Trading bot for trading exchanges into the international market. We need someone who can build marketing from scratch.

Experience in Web3/Crypto is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement. The main thing is a real example where you personally brought a project to market (IT product, early-stage startup, regional business expanded to another country).

What you will do: ▪️ Build a go-to-market strategy for MENA, CIS, and Asian markets ▪️ Launch and manage channels: Paid, SEO/ASO, Influencer, Community ▪️ Work with influencers and communities (TG, Discord, X) ▪️ Manage the budget, focusing on CPL/CAC/LTV/RoAS ▪️ Communicate directly with C-level executives

What we expect from you: ✅ 4+ years in product/IT/startup marketing ✅ Experience building a strategy from scratch, without a ready-made brief ✅ Ability to grow with a limited budget ✅ English Upper-Intermediate+ ✅ Willingness to delve into the financial product

Plus: experience in Web3/Crypto/Fintech, market entry into the USA/Europe, participation in a startup (even if it didn't take off – experience is more important than success).
