Responsibilities: 🔸Manage the marketing team: Affiliate, Retention, Digital, SMM. 🔸Formulate and control the marketing budget. 🔸Plan primary and repeat issuances. 🔸Allocate budget across channels and monitor efficiency. 🔸Develop CPA, Digital, Mobile, and Retention areas. 🔸Analyze metrics, address dips, and achieve KPIs. 🔸Assign tasks to the team and plan work. 🔸Interact with IT, Analytics, Risk, and CRM teams.
Requirements: 🔸Mandatory experience in MFO / Fintech. 🔸Experience managing a marketing team and controlling KPIs. 🔸Understanding of Performance Marketing, CRM, Retention, and customer acquisition. 🔸Strong analytical skills and result orientation. 🔸Autonomy in decision-making and ability to build processes in a dynamic environment.
