Responsibilities: ▪️ Manage the marketing team: Affiliate, Retention, Digital, SMM. ▪️ Formulate and control the marketing budget. ▪️ Plan initial and repeat issuances. ▪️ Allocate budget between channels and control effectiveness. ▪️ Develop CPA, Digital, Mobile, and Retention areas. ▪️ Analyze indicators, eliminate downturns, and achieve KPIs. ▪️ Assign tasks to the team and plan work. ▪️ Interact with IT, Analytics, Risk, and CRM teams.

Requirements: ▪️ Mandatory experience in MFO / Fintech. ▪️ Experience in managing a marketing team and controlling KPIs. ▪️ Understanding of Performance Marketing, CRM, Retention, and customer acquisition. ▪️ Strong analytical skills and results-oriented. ▪️ Independence in decision-making and ability to build processes in a dynamic environment.
