Responsibilities: 🔸Team management: Affiliate, Retention, Digital, and SMM. 🔸Marketing budget formation and control. 🔸Planning of primary and repeat issuances, allocation of plans and budgets across channels. 🔸Development of CPA traffic, alternative sources, digital advertising, mobile, and retention directions. 🔸Control of acquisition cost, conversions, and channel economics. 🔸Analysis of downtrends, operational team management, and planning of tasks for the day / week / month. 🔸Interaction with IT, Analytics, Risk, and CRM.

Requirements: 🔸Mandatory experience in MFI / Fintech. 🔸Mandatory practical experience with the CPA model and understanding its specifics. 🔸Experience in managing a marketing team and multiple acquisition channels. 🔸Experience with alternative traffic sources and understanding of performance marketing. 🔸Understanding of CRM, retention mechanics, and repeat issuance economics. 🔸Strong analytical skills, results-orientation, and ability to make independent decisions.

Conditions: 🔸Format: fully remote. 🔸Schedule: 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00 MSK.

Salary: 🔸2700 USDT
