CRM Marketer

For ClientCore clients – an agency specializing in the implementation and development of CRM marketing using the Mindbox platform. We work with businesses of various scales (Marc O’Polo, Uryuk, Finn Flare, U.S. Polo, Safia Backery) and help clients increase revenue.

We are actively growing and looking for a CRM Marketer to join our team, who will help clients launch campaigns and scenarios, test hypotheses, and find growth opportunities for the business. We value cover letters and consider candidates of various grades.

What you will do:

• Set up and launch automatic scenarios in Mindbox (abandoned carts, welcome sequences, winback, etc.)
• Prepare segmentation and audiences for campaigns
• Launch mass mailings (from brief to report)
• Come up with and test hypotheses to increase LTV, repeat purchases, and customer engagement
• Analyze campaign results and form steps for improvement
• Interact with the client and teams from both sides

What is important for this job:

• At least 1 year of experience in CRM marketing
• Clear, structured communication and the ability to find common ground with clients
• Desire to offer ideas and improvements, rather than just executing tasks based on a technical specification

Experience with Mindbox/agency experience, as well as client cases and testimonials, will be an advantage.
