Your tasks:
Development of a trigger communication strategy (activation, retention, winback);
Building a unified contact policy and communication calendar;
Development of multi-channel scenarios:
Work with CJM and communication map across the entire customer lifecycle;
Development and expansion of user win-back flows from churn;
Building a unified approach to loyalty:
Work with CDP: platform development and requirements for improvements;
Forming product requirements (for CRM tools);
Development of ML models (together with analytics, from the business side);
Development of scenarios for collecting contacts and obtaining consent (consent management);
Performance analytics:
