building and testing hypotheses, segmenting the database, controlling and improving the performance indicators of regular and mass campaigns;
managing key communication channels: push notifications in the app, email, in-app (notification center, roll-ups), web pushes, messengers, and SMS;
developing the CRM database, enriching it with data, and increasing its usage efficiency;
searching for growth points to improve communication effectiveness within the product funnel;
monitoring key performance indicators of direct marketing: OR, CR, unsubscribes, spam, and others;
leading joint projects with the CRM platform teams and vertical product teams of Avito Auto.
We expect you to have:
at least 2 years of experience in CRM;
experience with building CJM, the ability to independently generate and test hypotheses, launch and validate A/B tests;
analytical skills: understanding what lies behind the numbers, and a readiness to develop these skills;
readiness to quickly master the tech stack: SQL, A/B platform, chatbot constructor, and other tools;
experience in cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, development, and analytics teams, and the ability to build effective processes with cross-functional teams.
