Senior CRM Marketer

New office location:

In November, we are moving to a new office in Skolkovo. Currently, we are working in Sokol – please consider this when applying for the vacancy.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and overseeing the communication strategy and calendar;
• Monitoring the relevance of focus segments for communication;
• Formulating hypotheses, conducting experiments, A/B split tests;
• Developing automation for recurring scenarios and scaling successful communications;
• Collecting weekly and monthly reports for the area;
• Identifying growth opportunities and implementing improvements for key communication metrics;
• Monitoring and testing technical improvements to the CRM;
• Initiating and overseeing the development of analytical reports.

We expect you to have:

• At least 3 years of experience in CRM;
• Experience in streaming services;
• Experience with custom-built CRM/CDP systems;
• Knowledge of CRM marketing metrics, as well as product and marketing metrics;
• Experience working with data and CJM (Customer Journey Maps);
• Experience launching and working with A/B tests;
• Experience managing a small team.
