We are WIM Agency, a CRM agency that helps brands communicate with customers through email, push, SMS, gamification, and landing pages. Large companies like Yandex Plus, Perekrestok, and Dodo Pizza work with us.
We are currently looking for a CRM Marketer to join our team — a specialist who will manage CRM marketing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Launch CRM campaigns from scratch: from client briefing to sending via ESP/CDP platforms.
- Create creative technical specifications for the production team, monitor deadlines and quality of work.
- Analyze and optimize the marketing performance of CRM campaigns.
- Analyze customer data and events; verify the correctness of segmentation and scenario conditions; participate in the development of automated workflows.
- Participate in the development of the client's CRM infrastructure: identify bottlenecks and risks; prepare proposals for process improvement and automation.
- Provide technical support for the CRM platform: integrations and new channels (email, push, sms, messengers), interact with client's technical specialists and contractors.
- Maintain communication with the client through online meetings and correspondence.
- Maintain project client reporting, approve legal and marketing documentation.
- Keep track of working hours in the Planfix system.
What we expect from you:
- At least 1 year of experience in CRM marketing. Experience with Altcraft, Mindbox, Salesforce Marketing Cloud is desirable.
- Understanding of REST API, webhooks, and integrations.
- Understanding of CRM marketing channels and ability to work with key metrics. SQL experience is desirable.
- Ability to distinguish good copywriting/design from bad and explain your point of view. Experience interacting with developers and technical teams is desirable.
- Presentation and project defense skills in front of clients or the team.
- Independence in decision-making and ability to take responsibility.
- Quick adaptation to changes and flexibility.
