We are WIM Agency, a CRM agency that helps brands communicate with their customers through email, push notifications, SMS, gamification, and landing pages. Major companies like Yandex Plus, Perekrestok, and Dodo Pizza work with us.
We are currently looking for a CRM Marketer to join our team – a specialist who will manage CRM marketing projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Launching CRM campaigns from scratch: from client briefing to sending through ESP/CDP platforms.
- Developing creative technical specifications for the production team, monitoring deadlines and work quality.
- Analyzing and optimizing the marketing performance of CRM campaigns.
- Analyzing customer data and events; verifying the accuracy of segmentation and scenario conditions; participating in the development of automated workflows.
- Participating in the development of the client's CRM infrastructure: identifying bottlenecks and risks; preparing proposals for process improvement and automation.
- Providing technical support for the CRM platform: integrations and new channels (email, push, SMS, messengers), interacting with client's technical specialists and contractors.
- Communicating with the client through online meetings and correspondence.
- Maintaining client reporting on projects, approving legal and marketing documentation.
- Tracking working hours in the Planfix system.
What we expect from you:
- At least 1 year of experience in CRM marketing. Experience with Altcraft, Mindbox, Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Understanding of REST API, webhooks, and integrations.
- Understanding of CRM marketing channels and ability to work with key metrics. SQL experience is a plus.
- Ability to distinguish good copywriting/design from bad and articulate your point of view. Experience collaborating with developers and technical teams is a plus.
- Presentation and project defense skills before clients or the team.
- Independence in decision-making and ability to take responsibility.
- Quick adaptation to changes and flexibility.
