CRM Marketer
Responsibilities:
- Designing Communications: Stakeholder briefing; building a communication map for all funnel stages (transactional, triggered, content, and others);
- Setting up and Managing CDP System: Setting up and launching cascade and multichannel campaigns in the CDP system (email, Messenger, in-app, push, web push, and others); setting up triggered interaction scenarios; segmenting and setting up audiences for retargeting and re-engagement communication scenarios;
- Implementing Communications: Developing content plans for mass mailings; building hypotheses, designing, conducting, and evaluating A/B tests; composing and managing manual and automatic communications across channels; developing and setting up chatbots;
- Analytics: Conducting marketing research and surveys through CDP (NPS, CSI in mailings); setting up reporting (dashboard design), analyzing results, analyzing communication effectiveness; monitoring key KPIs (active base percentage, OR, CR).
What we expect from the candidate:
- Marketing experience of 3+ years and CRM marketing experience of 2+ years;
- General basic understanding of digital marketing (conversion, communication chains, touchpoints, etc.), knowledge of email marketing;
- Independent project management from task to result;
- Proficient user of CDP platforms (Mindbox/Altcraft - nice to have);
- Proficient knowledge of key analytical systems: Yandex Metrika, AppMetrika;
- Analytical mindset, systematic and abstract thinking;
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and diligence.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working with technical and product teams to adapt CDP for marketing tasks;
- Experience in independently building triggered communications in CDP;
- Preparation of textual and visual content for layout.
