We are a modern multidisciplinary medical center of expert level for adults and children (14,000 square meters, Inpatient Department, Outpatient Department, Dentistry, Radiation Diagnostics Department, Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory).

Due to active development and strategic plans for our clinic's growth, we invite an Internet Marketer.
What you will do:
- Website – populate with content, create landing pages, set up appointment forms and track goals in Yandex.Metrica, maintain the backlog, manage the website team: copywriter, development, content manager.
- Contextual advertising – launch and manage campaigns in Yandex.Direct, test ads, control cost per lead, work with the agency.
- Attraction channels – work with Bitrix24 CRM, call tracking, messengers, and e-mail newsletters to convert visitors into actual patients.
- Analytics and reports – weekly assess channel effectiveness, propose hypotheses for improving metrics (CPL, conversion, ROMI).
- Compliance – ensure advertising complies with legislation (contraindication warnings, work with licenses).
What we expect from the candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience in internet marketing (with successful patient acquisition case studies).
- Proficient in contextual advertising (Yandex.Direct) and web analytics (Metrica, GA4).
- Practical skills in working with CMS (Bitrix) – ability to independently edit content and create simple blocks.
- Experience with CRM systems is desirable, call tracking, messengers, and email marketing as lead generation channels.
- Ability to manage finances: prepare reports, work with budgets, achieve target KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROMI).
- Knowledge of the basics of medical advertising legislation – will be a significant plus.
