Your responsibilities:
- Building sales funnels, setting up end-to-end analytics, evaluating customer acquisition cost and customer lifetime value
- Positioning complex IT products (B2B solutions, marketplaces, online store, social networks), forming value propositions, and adapting technical business processes
- Allocating funds for marketing, contextual advertising, content marketing, and PR
- Forecasting demand, researching market competitors, and adjusting strategy to meet sales KPIs.
- Monitoring trends, searching for new channels for sales growth
- Developing the company website and overseeing its correct functioning
- Developing the company brand
- Market analysis, studying the target audience and competitors, selecting effective sales channels
- Ability to construct a marketing funnel to understand traffic sources and how to convert a large portion of users to the purchase stage
- Understanding of the IT sphere: ability to communicate effectively with developers, technical writers, and architects, knowledge of product development principles.
- Analysis and segmentation of the client base, development of interaction logic with segments, identification of behavioral patterns of the client base
- Setting up loyalty systems that integrate purchases on the website, in the mobile app, and in physical stores
- Managing customer data platforms for end-to-end user identification

- Advanced skills in working with analytics systems (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica)
- Experience working with advertising accounts, SEO skills (ability to optimize website and content so that search engines (Yandex, Google) understand what the resource is about and show it in the top search results for user queries for free); email marketing (ability to build a subscriber base, nurture it with emails, and convert readers into loyal customers), and SMM management (ability to turn social networks into a systematic sales channel)
- Knowledge of sales methodologies, experience in developing commercial proposals and loyalty programs.
- Ability to see the company's business goals and build tactical actions to achieve them
