Shopping Live is a large online platform where you can buy everything you need: from branded clothing to home appliances. At the same time, our customer chooses their preferred shopping format: order goods from TV broadcasts, make purchases through the online store, marketplaces, or mobile app.
Currently, Shopping Live has an opening for the position of Head of Digital Marketing (excluding marketplaces).
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of an e-commerce development strategy that meets and complies with KPI targets;
- Achieving goals for sales volume and new customer acquisition;
- Development of online marketing, online advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing;
- Data analysis (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica, CRM) to improve efficiency;
- Cooperation with external partners to develop online sales channels and increase overall sales;
- Planning and budgeting for the e-commerce segment, managing advertising budgets from 10 million rubles;
- Development and implementation of growth strategies: SEO, contextual advertising, SMM, email marketing;
- Developing hypotheses for increasing targeted traffic, A/B testing of formats and channels;
- Key KPIs: ROAS, CR, CAC, Revenue, AOV, retention & churn rate, LTV;
- Team management.
Our expectations:
- Team management experience (3+ years);
- Experience in large e-commerce projects (3+ years) with proven results;
- Successful experience working with Mindbox;
- Presentation and communication skills;
- Understanding of market specifics and consumer behavior;
- Experience in describing, creating, implementing, developing, and managing effective projects for online stores.
