What you will be doing:

• Team management
• Building productive partnerships with existing and potential clients, establishing effective communication
• Developing the professional expertise of subordinates, monitoring their effectiveness, coordinating and controlling the work of department employees
• Participating in the development of strategies for launching, positioning, and promoting agency clients' brands in digital (global annual and for each product individually), determining the share and role of digital in the client's overall media mix
• Monitoring the adherence to the client's chosen digital strategy, making timely changes (if necessary)
• Tracking client advertising and marketing metrics and evaluating the chosen digital strategy
• Studying and analyzing client briefs for the implementation of online advertising campaigns, conducting clarifying meetings and negotiations with clients, gathering additional information necessary for the successful preparation and implementation of projects
• Organizing and participating in group project discussions (brainstorms)
• Participating in the development of commercial proposals for clients, preparing presentations
• Monitoring and preparing timely regular reports for the client in accordance with approved templates, participating in the preparation of the final reporting presentation for the client
• Monitoring the quality of proposals to clients, developing proposals to increase company profitability
• Developing proposals for improving the quality of services, technologies, and products offered by the agency

What we expect from you:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Digital Group Head for major clients in media agencies
• Knowledge of the online advertising market, tools, and types of online advertising – platforms, sellers, statistics systems, and software
• Knowledge of Google Analytics/Yandex Metrika, understanding the specifics of Adriver/Weborama traffic statistics/verification systems, experience with various Mediascope tools
