CRM Marketing Team Lead

We are looking for a proactive CRM Marketing Team Lead who will develop trigger communications for purchasing users: launch useful and profitable scenarios, and stimulate customers to make repeat purchases.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating new and improving existing trigger scenarios throughout the user journey;
• Managing a team of CRM specialists, assigning tasks, and overseeing their execution;
• Formulating business requirements for product and IT teams for the enhancement of the mailing platform;
• Creating presentations with the results of the department's work;
• Identifying new business growth opportunities through communications;

What we expect from you:

• At least 3 years of experience in CRM marketing;
• At least 1 year of experience in CRM marketing team leadership;
• Experience working with various CRM communication platforms (Exponea, Mindbox, and others);
• Strong analytical and testing skills;
• Presentation and information structuring skills;
• Ability to gather requirements from management and create clear tasks for employees based on them;

• Experience working in an e-commerce company
